This 4 layer fuel hose has 2 braided reinforcement layer and 2 oil resistant layer,

Inner braided reinforcement layer is polyester thread; Outer braided reinforced protective layer is polyester and cotton blended fabric, two braided reinforcement layer has extreme-pressure resistance.

The inner imported nitrile rubber (NBR) layer and middle  imported NBR + PVC layer material, has excellent oil resistance, permeability resistance, adapt to various medium.

Nitrile fuel hose is widely used in Automotive & Industrial applications requiring chemical resistance. Typical applications include fuel and lubricant transfer, gas transmission lines, gasoline and petrochemical pipes.

Construction：

Tube: Black,cotton braided surface, NBR rubber.

Inner layer: imported NBR.  

Inner braided reinforcement layer: polyester thread. 

Middle Layer: imported NBR + PVC. 

Outer braided reinforced protective layer: Polyester cotton blended thread.

Application：
